Overview

Duzi WMS is a warehouse management platform designed to centralize inventory, stock movement, scanning, inbound and outbound goods, returns, reconciliation, and a range of operational workflows within a single system.

Challenge

Warehouse operations involve many interconnected processes: inventory, inbound, outbound, stock movement, scanning, shipment, returns, reconciliation, anomaly monitoring, purchasing, packing, and reporting. This system is designed to centralize those workflows in one operational platform so they can be tracked and managed consistently.

Operational Dashboard

The dashboard provides operational visibility into inventory conditions, stock movement, scanning activity, outbound goods, returns, and stock indicators, including total products, categories, total stock, low-stock alerts, inventory value, inbound/outbound, scan in/out, pending out, total returns, damaged qty, and sellable qty, with trend charts and filters by period and warehouse.

Warehouse Flow

Scanning Flow

The scanning workflow records goods in and out with status tracking, packer identification, quantity, and timestamps:

Scan In→ Tracking (packer · qty · timestamp)→ Scan Out→ Status: Selesai / Pending

Includes scan history, resi lookup, quantity tracking, scan-in and scan-out timestamps, completed/pending status, and source/platform information.

Return & Reconciliation

The return workflow records returned goods, product condition, damage details, sellable quantity, warehouse location, and processing status. Reconciliation and anomaly monitoring help check operational data and identify potential mismatches in warehouse processes.
